Working Together for a Safer Gloucestershire

The Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service Level 3 Business Plan for 2009/10 is now available.

There is an update on our progress on the key priorities from 2008/09 and how we have performed against our performance targets as well as a detailed look at our objectives for 2009/10.

For the coming year we have agreed 13 new objectives which will further develop the Service and help us deliver a service that our communities require. They are:

FRS 1 - Forward to Basics
FRS 2 - Development of the new Fire Stations and Life Skills Centre
FRS 3 - Absence Management
FRS 4 - FiReControl
FRS 5 - FireLink
FRS 6 - Review of services for vulnerable people
FRS 7 - Extension of IPDS to non-uniform staff
FRS 8 - Equality and Diversity
FRS 9 - Wide area flooding
FRS 10 - Protecting our environment
FRS 11 - Health & Safety Review
FRS 12 - Staffing resilience
FRS 13 - Driving excellence
