What are Fire Safety Arrangements?

To give an example of a fire safety arrangement let’s take a nightclub. The manager would be required to check that all the fire exits are unlocked and not obstructed before opening. As the premises has a drinks license the procedure is required to be recorded, this could be in a company policy and procedures document.
