A lot of these fires would have been preventable by following these simple safety tips:-


  • Safety Tip 5
    Keep electrical leads, tea towels and cloths away from the cooker.
  • Safety Tip 6
    Don’t cook if you are under the influence of alcohol.

Did you know that between April 2009 and December 2009 five times more fires started in the kitchen than the living room.
