Fire Safety Assembly Presentations

Giving a talk to a School

Gloucestershire Fire & Rescue Service can provide a ‘ten-minute’ school assembly on a number of fire safety topics. These include: -

• A fire plan for the home

• What to do in case of a fire

• Stop, drop and roll

• The importance of smoke alarms

• Making a 999 emergency call

Working together is proving highly successful. Following last year’s Primary School Bonfire Safety campaign we can all be justifiably proud of eleven consecutive ‘injury-free’ bonfire nights for children in Gloucestershire. Building on this success, the Education Team are now offering a wider range of fire safety assembly presentations in addition to their normal fire safety visits to schools.

To arrange an assembly presentation please use the ‘school visits’ section of this site.
