If, once you have completed the questions, you have any safety concerns or require any further information then telephone the Community Safety Team on 01452 753333 and we would be happy to assist.
We also, on request, offer a FREE Home Safety Check to ensure that your household is as safe as possible from the dangers of fire and also install smoke alarms. We have three dedicated Community Safety Advisors working across the county carrying out home safety checks and giving advice.
If you feel you need a Home Safety Check, then contact us on 0800 180 41 40 to arrange your visit or fill in the request form online.
The visit and any smoke alarms required are offered FREE OF CHARGE.
There are also many other websites you can access which provide good fire safety advice. An excellent source of user friendly and basic fire safety advice is the government's 'FireKills' Website which gives top tips on how to protect yourself and your home from potential danger areas such as cooking, smoking, the use of candles in the home and many more.
